BBQ~

today is faez's b'day!!! *10th sept 2009*

we,as a class, went to his house for a nice get together

BBQ was out plan and BBQ it is~

i arrived at his house with jia ping coz she followed me in the same car

not sure why but maybe she doesn't know where his house is?

anywayss,it was around 4 when we got there and there were some people who have already arrived there to get the 'grill' *a petrol barrel sliced in half* fired up

i was called into the kitchen to cook up the burger which was rather hard because im not used to their kitchen and that it was around 32°c which was sooooooo dammmnnnn hotttttt i tell you..

every single tiny little pore on my body started leaking out sweat in less than 5 min =.= *yes...i sweat easily*

i stopped cooking after burning a few of them coz i was concentrating on something else..

i end up cooking up around 10*with 18 left uncooked* and placed to rest back into the freezer..

the freezer they have is more like a fridge O_o a bottle of ice lemon tea was place in there and was not even in the state of ice after 3 hours =.=

left the kitchen in a hurry after the burger incident and went outside the front door where the grill was at

the fire was burning nicely but quickly burned out faster than we all expected =.=

the grilling process took the whole night and we werent even done yet by the time we went home..there was just so much left uncooked..*we lack skillz..* =/

it was 6:20pm and everyone was getting ready to 'buka puasa' with their plates filled with yummy yummy salads and fried noodle *the meat was yet to be cooked..i know its very slow..*

as soon as the clock strikes 6:23Pm sharp i see everyone muching their food slowly and swallowing them down their throats~

after we finished..the chicken wasnt done yet..haha

but as soon as some of them were cooked,an old man came out asking for them xD with a plate on his right hand and a bottle of honey on his left,

we gave him 3 pieces and he smother the honey ALL over the top of the chicken..*super generous*

i was staring at him with my eyes wide open and my jaws down on the floor when i see him squeezing honey into his drink as well and i was like 'control yourself dude..'*i see why there are so many diabetics in brunei..*no offence*

Mona was also one of those who kept coming out asking for more chicken..and sausages*i forgot to mention this at the top*

andd ahemm.. =.= i have no comment on that..haha

i went to the kitchen and saw faez's mother preparing the cake and also asked us to watch out for faez.

ofcourse we all helped her and was making sure he was no where near the kitchen haha

at last~~! the time came and we all sang the happy birthday song, twice, to both faez and his little sister*which i think was her birthday as well..i THINK* they both blew their candles and made their wish~

times have passed and the number of people have slowly depleted,most of them went home and had a good night sleep..

i for one stayed there till 10 and around 8 of them stayed till 12*i think*

i planned to staying there till 12 aswell but forgot that im not the one who is driving myself home..haha

sooooo~

i went home

switched on my comp

and went on facebook xD *so typical* haha
